Over the 3 days of Conclave, industry stalwarts will address young entrepreneurs, giving examples of leadership from their own experiences. This year, the theme for the conference is "Traversing Turbulent Times – Obstacles to Opportunity". It is most often in a crisis that we discover real strength, uncover insights from deep within or open up to new experiences. It is said that great leaders are not born, but made. They take upon themselves to show unnerving resolve in the face of harsh obstacles, and turn them into potential opportunities.
In this context, there is a need for sharing and acquiring insights on the challenges and opportunities for entrepreneurs in the current times. These aspiring budding entrepreneurs would require not just be passionate and dynamic in their pursuit but they would also need to see, rather foresee around sharp corners in their entrepreneurial journey.
On the first day of the event, Dr Batra was invited to speak on the session on ‘Entrepreneurship’. This session focused on the evolvement of entrepreneurship in changing times. Dr Batra gave an enriching talk focusing on challenges he came across as first generation entrepreneur in his journey that started with giving homeopathy a recognition as credible medical science and legitimizing it as a paid, professional service to making Dr Batra’s the world’s largest homeopathy corporate. He spoke on how Dr Batra’s adapted to changing times by adopting modern technology and achieving standardization throughout the business including infrastructure, services, medicines and treatment. He also spoke on future challenges & opportunities and what it takes to be successful in current competitive times.
